- • Assist with keeping accurate inventory of equipment, answer phone, take messages, and other general office duties.
- • Must be available to work afternoons and most evenings.
- • Assist with the set-up and operation or sound, lighting and visual needs of all public and private non-academic events on campus as assigned.
- • Performs such professional duties as may be assigned by the Director of Special Events or Associate Director of Event Technology.
- • Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer

- Basic knowledge or interest in audio, visual, or lighting technology.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new equipment and procedures.
- Professionalism in interactions with campus guests and staff.
- Familiarity with use of Adobe and Microsoft Office Products.
- Knowledge of Zoom applications such as zoom meetings, webinars, breakout room.
- Knowledge of software between Apple and Microsoft Computers
