Your role:
Bring your creativity and event expertise to Global Relay - a leading cloud-based archiving company specializing in communications archiving and compliance technology that's trusted by some of the top financial institutions!
We're looking for an Events Marketing Manager to take ownership of our events program within North America, driving brand awareness, building connections, and generating revenue growth. As the Events Marketing Manager, you will be working on a collaborative team to plan and host events in our world-class Executive Briefing Center, located in our office in Midtown Manhattan.
Your responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our Head of Events, sales, and marketing to align strategies and maximize Global Relay's ROI
- Responsible for executing hosted events while working in tandem with our Head of Events, Tradeshow Marketing Manager, and Events Marketing Assistant
- Research, plan, and execute on internal event opportunities for the New York office
- Locate trade group opportunities for Global Relay to host events onsite for industry professionals through various seminars and conferences
- Using various marketing channels to promote attendance or drive registrations to our own internal events
- Collaborate on Event Strategy/Experience and Execution needs
- Manage post-event reporting using tools such as Salesforce and EMS
- Incorporate best practices to help build a world class event program for North America
About you:
- 5–7 years of corporate B2B event planning experience
- Advanced proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, event management platforms (Cvent or similar), and HubSpot (or equivalents)
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Natural ability to connect with people
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter mindset - curious, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Working conditions:
- Up to 30% of domestic travel
- Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work during events
Compensation:
Global Relay advertises the pay range for this role in compliance with applicable pay transparency laws. Individual pay rates are determined by evaluating factors such as expertise, skills, education, and professional background.
The range below reflects the expected annual base salary, which is only one element of our comprehensive total rewards package designed to reflect our company pay philosophy, culture and values. Employees receive annual allotted vacation days, which increase based on tenure.
