Lipscomb Academy - Special Teams Assistant, High School Football chez Lipscomb Academy

Lipscomb Academy is seeking a qualified and motivated Special Teams Assistant to support its high school football program. This position will work closely with the special teams coordinator and head coach in planning effective practices and implementing game day strategies.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Assist with game planning and development of weekly special teams strategies with kickoffs, punts, field goals, and returns
• Review opposing team's special teams tendencies and prepare scouting reports
• Assist with position-specific drills during practice
• Reinforce technique, timing and assignments
• Help monitor player reps and performance during games and practices
• Assist with substitutions and communication on the sideline during games
• Support the mission of Lipscomb Academy
