Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Agent
Location: Groveton, NH
Shift: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm (M-TH)
Reports to: Production Foreman
Job Overview: The Shipping & Receiving agent is responsible for all tasks related to shipping and receiving Rotobec USA Inventory
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assistance in all shipping & receiving operations.
- Adhere to company standards for warehousing, handling, and shipping requirements.
- Pack and prepare outbound shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Sort, organize, and store incoming inventory in designated storage locations.
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment, keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat; maintains a clean shipping supply area; and complies with company policies and safety regulations.
- Assists in solving warehouse-related issues to improve service and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-train in other warehouse functions as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Previous Shipping & Receiving experience preferred.
- Forklift certification or experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management systems.
- Ability to lift and move boxes over 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent.
