POSITION AVAILABLE: Occupational Therapist (OT)

POSITION LOCATION: SWWC Service Cooperative with placement in the Willmar/Glencoe, MN area.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Occupational Therapist assesses students with various physical, neurological, sensory and perceptual impairments to determine their functional skills within their current educational placement. The OTR is responsible for developing, implementing, and/or monitoring therapeutic programs and providing consultation to school staff and parents to maximize student skills.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: To provide Occupational Therapy services to Birth to age 22 students.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Master’s Degree and OTR licensure from MN Board of Occupational Therapy & NBCOT accreditation.

CONTRACT/SALARY: Full-time (185-day) position for the 2025-2026 school year with a start date of 09/8/2025. Master’s salary range $60,646 to $92,477. PhD salary range of $70,196 to $94,068.
