Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead the architecture, design, development, testing, release, and ongoing maintenance of both desktop applications and cloud/SaaS solutions. This role will play a critical part in shaping the future of our software portfolio, guiding the technical roadmap, and mentoring junior developers. The ideal candidate is a strong full-stack developer with a proven track record of building scalable applications using the Microsoft development ecosystem, deployment in Azure, and modern UI/UX best practices.

This position blends hands-on development with technical leadership, requiring the ability to deliver high-quality solutions while growing team capability. The Senior Developer will collaborate closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure products meet business and user needs while adhering to agile development practices.
