Position Details:

Cardiac Rehab Registered Nurse (RN), Physical Therapist (PT), or Exercise Physiologist (EP) to work PRN, typically Tuesday and Thursday 8:00am - 5:0pm, but may vary depending on scheduling needs.  Non-benefitted position.

Wage Commensurate with Licensing and Experience.

Position Summary:
The Cardiac Rehabilitation Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist or Exercise Physiologist is responsible for establishing/providing Facility Phase II & III Cardiac Rehabilitation services for appropriately referred patients. You will provide clinical coordination, cardiac monitoring and classroom education of cardiac rehabilitation program participants. The Cardiac Rehab RN, PT, or EP develops referrals relationships and utilizes marketing strategies to increase program utilization and referrals.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing, master's degree in physical therapy or bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Current Oregon licensure as an RN, PT or EP.  Current BLS certification and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.

Experience:

Experience in a hospital clinical setting with experience reading cardiac monitors and functioning during patient emergencies.
