In this role, you’ll be a key player in UniSuper’s digital transformation journey. Working within the Fusion Team—a collaborative, cross-functional group—you’ll help shape the way Australians engage with their super online. You’ll manage content publishing across our digital platforms, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery that enhances member experience and drives business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Support content publishing across UniSuper’s public website and Member Online portal.

- Support digital transformation initiatives that grow our membership and improve servicing and retirement outcomes.
- Apply UX principles and Sitecore CMS expertise to design and refine page templates.
- Manage publishing requests, triage tasks, and ensure timely delivery with clear communication.
- Contribute to agile projects, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Maintain governance and documentation for publishing processes and CMS components.
About you
You’re a detail-oriented digital communicator who understands the importance of clear, compliant, and accessible content—especially in a regulated industry like superannuation.
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, content editing, or web content management.
- Hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS.
- Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, WCAG, and SEO tools.
- Agile mindset with experience using Jira, Confluence, and working in Scrum/Kanban environments.
- Fin-tech knowledge, ideally within superannuation or financial services.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (e.g., Optimizely)
- UX content design skills using Figma
- QA and performance troubleshooting experience
What US offer

- Mental, physical, and financial well-being initiatives
- Extra leave: 3 days over Christmas and 3 days 'Community and Culture' leave allowing you to celebrate and contribute to things that are important to you outside of work
- Flexible superannuation – choose up to 17%
- Hybrid working – 60% in the office
We're passionate about knowledge and sharing it amongst our members and our employees, so we believe 60% in-office is the best way to collaborate and build relationships with your colleagues—while still offering flexibility.
