Position Summary  

The Chef Manager position will work with a team of leaders who manage the foodservice operation of 15 High Schools following the the guidelines of The National School Lunch Program. All of schools are located in the city of Chicago along with the account offices where the team meets regularly. The Chef Manager will assist in overseeing the cafeteria operations and catering events across the district, including but not limited to; menu/recipe compliance & execution, food tasting events, catering events, staff training and development. This position requires chef experience in the food service industry as well as client relations, leadership skills and basic accounting practices.
