The Role
- Sole-charge overnight emergency and inpatient care
- Manage a caseload that typically includes post-op patients, diabetics, and incoming emergencies
- Perform common emergency surgeries confidently (GDV, foreign body, splenectomy, C-section, etc.)
- Work closely with our nursing team, offering training and mentorship during quieter hours
- Collaborate with day clinicians and specialists to ensure seamless continuity of care
Schedule Designed for Balance
- Current rota: 3 nights on, 6 nights off
- Open to discussion on how shifts can be managed
About You
- License to practice in California
- 2 years ER experience preferred
- Surgically competent and confident working sole charge overnight
- Team player with a can-do attitude and passion for mentorship
- Strong communicator who builds trust with colleagues, clients, and staff
