Description

Job Summary:

  • The Billing Implementation manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of onboarding a new client for GIS Billing Services.  This involves ensuring all deliverables have been received, coordination of meetings and documentation of decisions and action items, facilitation and resolution of any issues or roadblocks, documentation, communication of project status to all stakeholders, management of deadlines to keep projects on track.
  • The Implementation Manager requires a mix of technical, leadership and organizational skills to succeed.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Essential for working with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Strong communication is necessary to ensure clear explanations of technical concepts and help resolve misalignments within the team.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of relevant technologies, tools, and the software development life cycle (SDLC). This enables effective communication with developers and informed decision-making on project technical aspects.
  • Project Management Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall approaches will help guide the best approach with various GIS offices, Brokers, Carriers and Customer involvement.
  • Leadership Abilities: The ability to communicate clearly, make sound decisions, resolve issues or roadblocks and help prioritize work is essential.
  • Time Management and Organization: Ability to plan, schedule, and manage deadlines so projects are completed on track.
  • Multi-Tasking: The Implementation manager will be working on many simultaneous projects and must be able to quickly transition from one to another.
Requirements

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project meetings with stakeholders GIS Sales and Management, Broker representatives, Carrier partners and Customers as well as the GIS Billing teams.
  • Maintain all project documentation, schedules, deliverables and build each new project infrastructure
  • Actively engage stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed
  • Communicate with project team as needed and directed by project workflow
  • Act as central point of contact for each case implemented

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Project Management experience, knowledge of project management software, tools and methodologies
  • Ability to muti-task is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Teams, OneNote, Excel, Outlook, CoPilot, Access
  • Skill in critical thinking, problem analysis and process documentation
  • Ability to follow tasks through to completion
  • Ability to accurately compile data and perform detailed work
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of material and information
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits, Payroll Systems, HRIS, Benefit Admin Systems a plus
  • Ability to work overtime including nights and weekends when required
Salary Description
$60,000-$75,000/year
