We Are Looking For
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for all HR related issues to assigned region working closely with business leaders and line managers to support growth objectives and help meet future talent needs. You will build a deep understanding of both the business direction and HR priorities to ensure successful implementation of HR related processes and initiatives. This HR Business Partner will assist in the development of organizational planning and thinks about the business needs. This role will take a consultative approach to engage with managers on business and people issues and will provide HR project leadership in the development of policy revisions and/or other employee-related programs. This person will also lead and execute talent initiatives and act as a change agent to enable the growth and development of the company.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary and highly visible business partner to help build effective teams and to achieve business goals
- Identify root causes and conduct relevant data analysis in order to propose both short-term and long-term interventions and solutions
- Build deep relationships with all stakeholders, including labor unions where applicable, by learning the business operations and their interests to help drive business and team performance
- Display intellectual curiosity and an analytical mindset with a focus on solutions.
- Consult with managers on all aspects of leadership and employee/labor relations, helping us to build a best-in-class culture
- Act as a Project Manager by leading projects and tracking project goals and tasks, reporting on progress, making recommendations, and helping with implementations
- Improve and apply HR processes, policies, and standards meeting local and federal employment laws
- Think independently, investigate, and resolve labor relations and employee issues, partnering with labor and legal teams, where necessary
- Apply analytical skills to collect and synthesize large quantities of data, and formulate recommendations based on data trends and insights
- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning
- Serve as first point of contact for site HR operational support
- Manage the internal client relationships to understand business goals, anticipate support and translate them into valuable outcomes
- Identify and escalate HR concerns and risks, resolve requests, concerns and inquiries
- Ability to maintain key metrics and measurements. Run regular & on-demand analytics for people-related management reporting (e.g. retention, diversity, HC)
- Participate in regional projects involving process automation and continuous improvement
- Good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Positive, can-do attitude, with agile approach to work
- Ability to engage and negotiate with stakeholders and business leaders, openness to work in shared services HR organization
- Manage details and scheduling for all special pay cycles such as commission, bonus and special payments, equity, merit increases and adjustments
- Ensuring all aspects of the payroll cycle, including tax, benefits, etc. are processed, reconciled, audited and transmitted accurately and timely
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations, including hiring in ADP, initial enrollment into benefit plans, and overseeing introductory reviews and compliance training
- Manage termination processes, including final paperwork, termination in ADP, and handling termination of benefits documentation
- Oversee employee transfers, including updating records and ensuring smooth transitions
- Administer basic and general compensation changes in line with regional policies
- Conduct employee investigations and manage employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and compliant approach
- Facilitate performance review processes, providing support to managers and employees
- Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team for recruitment strategies and processes
- Work closely with the Global Total Rewards team on compensation and benefits programs
- Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Performs other duties as assigned
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources Management, Occupational Psychology, Sociology and/or other relevant discipline
- Strong experience in HR Compliance, Benefits, ADP Workforce Now, Compensation, Compliance, Employee Relations

- Exceptional project and process management skills with a demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic business environment

Special Requirements:
