The Opportunity:
Join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes in the property risk space. As an Associate Risk Advisor, you will support the execution of risk placement strategies and contribute to the success of our property risk practice. This is a role ideal for someone with 2–5 years of insurance experience who is eager to grow their expertise in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
In This Opportunity You Will Execute On:
- Assisting in the placement of property risk insurance solutions by supporting senior team members in client and carrier interactions.
- Help gather and analyze client data to support the development of tailored insurance programs.
- Collaborating with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and renewal strategies.
- Building foundational relationships with insurance carriers and vendor partners under the guidance of senior advisors.
- Participating in the development of innovative coverage solutions and support the delivery of client-focused recommendations.
- Contributing to the execution of growth strategies and client retention initiatives across the Hylant footprint.
- Leveraging data analytics tools to support property exposure analysis and reporting.
- Working with the Strategic Operations Manager and team to support initiatives across the four pillars of risk advisory services: Growth, Education, Innovation, and Content Delivery.
In This Role You Will Need:
- 2–5 years of experience in insurance, preferably with exposure to property risk or commercial lines.
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from experienced team members.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional presence.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A client-first attitude and a desire to grow into a trusted advisor role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with data analysis tools.
