Travel: 30–50%, including 6–8 international trips per year
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing proposals, technical guidance, updates, and delivery information.
- Travel domestically and internationally (30–50% of the time, including 6–8 trips abroad annually) to meet with customers and support projects.
- Prepare equipment quotations, negotiate contracts, and oversee purchase order execution.
- Maintain expertise in Perfecto’s products and services, ensuring technical accuracy in all customer communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, including service, spare parts, and new equipment.
- Develop service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Monitor industry trends, practices, and technologies to support continuous improvement.
- 4+ years of experience in machinery sales, container manufacturing equipment, or related industrial equipment sales (required).
- Strong technical aptitude; ability to understand equipment specifications and read engineering prints.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with global customers and internal teams.
- Personable, self-motivated, and highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software.
- International business experience is a plus, but not required.
- Base salary: $120,000–$140,000, plus bonus and profit sharing opportunities.
