In addition to the base wage listed, employees in this classification receive:

Under general supervision, provides technical support, training, and direction to Superior Court personnel utilizing computer equipment and applications; installs, tests, and resolves problems with computer hardware and software; and performs related duties as required.
Position Duties
- Evaluates user requests to resolve problems and to identify and obtain appropriate resources for resolution of more complex problems: corrects routine problems by making minor repairs to computer equipment and/or entering commands or data into systems; determines and contacts appropriate resources for additional assistance.
- Instructs computer system users in the safe and proper use of computer equipment and of computer applications; answers questions and assists in resolving problems related to the methods and procedures for utilizing computer applications.
- Installs, tests, and monitors the operation of computer hardware and software; configures hardware and software.
- Assists in creating databases and spreadsheets and designing and generating related reports.
- Assists in the configuration and security of personal computers.
- Maintains various records documentation, and inventories for department computer systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completion of training in the general principles of computerized data processing, basic principles of computer programming and the use of computer applications similar to those currently utilized by the Superior Court; OR
- Equivalent combination of training, education and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
