Requirements

Summary/Objective:

The General Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring that lay flat hoses are produced efficiently and meet quality standards before they’re shipped out. In the final stages of production, their tasks will include testing, moving hoses, and building hoses.

Work Environment

Employees should be prepared to work in environments with high moisture levels, which may affect comfort and safety. Proper ventilation and hydration are essential.

Awareness of potential exposure to airborne particles and hazardous substances is crucial. Employees should utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols.

Employees must remain vigilant about operating machinery. Safety training and adherence to established protocols are necessary to prevent accidents.

Education/Training Requirement:

This position requires on the job training. A minimum of a high school diploma or GED must be held by employee to qualify for this position.
