Partners Group is seeking an Internal Sales Support Professional to work in one of the fastest-growing segments of the wealth management industry, engaging with private wealth advisors and teams as part of the Private Wealth sales team in Denver. This hands-on and dynamic role will support and drive the sales efforts of the client-facing external partner in a defined territory, with a focus on timely follow up, proactive outbound sales strategies, and strengthening relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a Client Relationship Manager to successfully develop and execute sales strategies and tactics targeted at the private wealth channel
- Proactively develop and implement sales strategies through phone, email, and virtual meeting
- Responsible for scheduling virtual and in person 1x1 meetings with financial advisors, and assisting with targeted regional and national advisor-facing events where applicable
- Ensure timely follow-up on sales meetings and calls with approved marketing materials, including proactive outreach to prospects and strengthening existing client relationships (limited travel)
- Maintain, track, and promptly update client/prospect information and insights, as well as sales meeting details and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Adhere to all compliance guidelines, including the creation and use of pre-approved marketing materials
- Become a knowledgeable source of information and insights about alternatives products and market
- Bachelor's degree and strong academic background required
- 1-3 years of work experience (financial services industry and sales experience preferred)
- Demonstrated sales skills, ability to be articulate, flexible, and comfortable in fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal colleagues and external partners
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 63 licensed or obtained 3 months after joining

- Partners Group compensation has a long-term outlook and philosophy, and our total compensation emphasizes performance based long term incentives. Base pay range for this role is $120,000 - 140,000, and a performance-based bonus are additional parts of the total compensation package
