About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on Product Line Manager (PLM) to lead our cabinet product line serving the specialty vehicle and service/work van market. This role blends sales leadership, product expertise, and market insight. As the face of CTech for this product category, you’ll strengthen customer relationships, drive new business, and lead successful product launches that meet evolving industry needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, upfitters, and specialty vehicle OEMs.
- Lead the quoting and opportunity management process for cabinet systems.
- Identify, prospect, and develop new accounts within targeted specialty vehicle segments.
- Manage the full product lifecycle—from gathering customer insights to launching and supporting new products.
- Partner with engineering and operations to ensure seamless cabinet integration into vehicles.
- Collaborate with marketing to position products effectively at tradeshows and in the field.
- Represent the product line at industry events, acting as its public advocate.
