Position: Childcare Director

• $55,000–$65,000 + Bonuses
• PTO + Paid Holidays
• Full Medical
• 401(k)

What You'll Be Doing (aka Your Superpowers):

• Running the center like a boss – from daily operations to big-picture planning.
• Supporting and uplifting your staff with guidance, mentorship, and high fives.
• Bringing curriculum to life while making sure we stay on track with licensing.
• Being the friendly, trusted face for our families – they’ll love you.
• Keeping safety & health top of mind (handwashing and hugs included).
• Hosting team meetings and trainings that inspire and energize.
• Creating a nurturing, inclusive space where every child can shine.

You’re Our Ideal Candidate If You:

• Are 21+ and meet state childcare director qualifications.
• Hold a CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education.
• Have 1+ year experience in a licensed childcare leadership role.
• CPR & First Aid certified and background check ready.
• Are available M–F between 6:00AM and 6:00PM.
