As we rapidly scale in the U.S., we’re looking for a Business Operations Manager to take ownership of how our team collaborates and executes.
You’ll own the systems, processes, and operational rhythm that keep the team aligned and executing at a high level. This role blends day-to-day operational management with strategic support for leadership, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
The ideal candidate is analytical, structured, and proactive, with strong stakeholder management skills. You’re hands-on, action-oriented, and excited to help shape how the company operates as we grow.
📍This is a hybrid role based in Boston’s Back Bay, with flexible work arrangements. Candidates located on the East Coast who prefer primarily remote work will also be considered.
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Business Operations & Process Optimization
Manage day-to-day business operations, including accounting, procurement, and vendor management.
Lead the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and developing solutions that optimize operational performance
Lead technology adoption initiatives to automate workflows, increase productivity, and support growth.
Operational Leadership & Team Alignment
Build and maintain the team’s project management to drive alignment, accountability, and execution.
Facilitate organizational goal-setting, progress tracking, and reporting to ensure clarity and focus.
Act as the operational hub, coordinating cross-functional initiatives and ensuring timely execution, in coordination with international teams.
Foster transparency and effective communication across teams through structured meetings and reporting.
What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)
4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or related roles, ideally in startups or fast-growing companies.
A problem solver and critical thinker with a bias for action: You don't wait for direction — you uncover root issues and design thoughtful solutions. You operate successfully in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
A project manager at heart: You take initiative, define goals, build timelines, and drive results with demonstrated stakeholder management skills, influencing and aligning without formal authority. (PMP certification a plus).
Systems oriented: You see how data, process, and configuration interconnect and always seek ways to improve efficiency and clarity.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 USD - $120,000 USD, plus bonus and benefits as applicable. Final compensation is determined by role, level, and location.
