Who are we hiring?

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Freelance Senior Production Coordinator to support the logistics and operations of the Production Management team. This role is primarily responsible for managing all travel arrangements for the New York Islanders and New Jersey Devils Production Teams, while also providing backup support for the New York Rangers and New York Knicks Production Teams when needed. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating travel, managing budgets and expenses, and supporting production with key documentation. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role that plays a critical part in ensuring smooth execution across our production operations.

 

What will you do?

· Coordinate air travel, hotel accommodations, and car services for the NY Islanders and NJ Devils Production Teams

· Support travel for the NY Rangers and NY Knicks Production teams when required

· Manage and track budgets and seasonal expenses for Production and Talent

· Manage monthly billing processes for both internal departments and external vendors

· Track and organize director road reports, home technical surveys, and post-show reports

· Assist Production Managers with day-to-day coordination, logistics, and project support tasks

 

What do you need to succeed?

· Experience in a coordinating or administrative role, ideally within the live sports, media, or entertainment industry

· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities

· Demonstrates strong attention to detail in managing bookings, processing billing, and maintaining accurate tracking records

· Clear communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-first approach

· Proficient in Airtable and Microsoft Excel

· Familiarity with production workflows, live events, or studio operations

· Experience working with on-air talent, production teams, and travel agencies

· Familiarity with working under CBA guidelines and union rules

· Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
