Pay Rate: $32.00 - $35.00 depending on experience and skill level.

As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance activities, such as cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, and aligning machine parts.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, building and other systems to reduce downtime.
- Perform failure analysis on equipment, diagnosing the root cause of issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Replaces faulty electrical components of machine, such as relays, switches, and motors, and positions sensing devices, using hand tools.
- Work with various voltages including 480V, 240V and 120V. This includes single and 3 phase circuits.
- Order and install replacement parts as needed.
- Evaluate equipment and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend upgrades to enhance performance.
- Work in confined spaces, or elevated platforms, ladders, and roofs.
- Document maintenance procedures and modifications through detailed technical reports.
- Accurately maintain records and reports as required through CMMs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Promote and utilize 6-S standards for the line to improve efficiency, cleanliness and safety.
Qualifications
- Five years of previous Industrial Maintenance experience.
- Certified Maintenance Apprenticeship Program or Mechanical Institute Certificate.
- Ability to read, interpret and understand technical documents/manuals and CAD drawings of plant equipment.
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
- Basic fabrication, pipe fitting (compressed air, water)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to prepare reports and document procedures
- HVAC or Electrical experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of the National Electric Code.
