M365 Delivery Lead chez Arobas Personnel

Arobas personnel is looking for a M365 Delivery Lead for a contract with one of our clients located in Montreal, Brossard, Valcourt or Sherbrooke.

 *Remote : Hybrid- 50% on site* 

What will your day look like?

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft 365 (M365) projects, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Partner with the Project Manager to establish project schedules, allocate resources, and manage risks, while ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand and prioritize business requirements, translate them into actionable technical deliverables, and ensure alignment between product goals and execution.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including solution architects, business analysts, and technical consultants, to drive efficient and coordinated project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and delivery timelines, ensuring progress is aligned with business objectives.
• Define and manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and escalate issues in partnership with the Project Manager when necessary.
• Drive M365 adoption across the organization, ensuring optimal use of the platform in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members, promoting collaboration and high performance.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Support the Product Owner in defining user stories, setting sprint goals, and contributing to the M365 product roadmap.
• Oversee the seamless integration of M365 solutions into existing systems and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards, security protocols, and best practices.
• Monitor project performance, recommend improvements, and optimize delivery processes.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience working in organizations with over 10,000 employees.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years in project delivery, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of M365 platforms, with hands-on delivery of M365 migration projects (not only as an end user), including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and security/compliance features.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.), with the ability to adapt to project needs.
• Experience collaborating with Project Managers to define timelines, risk management strategies, and project deliverables.
• Proven track record of working with Product Owners to define product requirements and align solutions with business objectives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise migrations and integrations.
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Defender, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications).
