THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a confident and motivated hospitality professional to join the Mahogany team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor. Mahogany is located on Level 2 at Crown Sydney and provides 24/7 luxury food and beverage offerings to our VIP gaming guests, including a blend of gaming, private gaming salons, and a restaurant and bar. Classic Western and Asian specialities are served from a fast-casual dining menu.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for leading the front-of-house team during service, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and supporting the daily operations of the outlet. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is passionate about creating memorable moments for guests and team members alike.
The successful candidate will have experience managing a large team, sound business acumen, have exceptional customer focus and be highly visible throughout service.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced premium dining or bar environment
- Leadership skills with the proven ability to coach and mentor
- Exceptional grooming standards appropriate for a luxury environment
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster across 24/7
- Chinese/Vietnamese language skills are advantageous
- Advanced time-management and organisation skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence (requires police & credit checks)

Please note this is a permanent full time role consisting of 40 hours of work per week. Only candidates holding unrestricted working right will be considered.
