We're looking for someone who is both a skilled closer and an ethical seller-someone with deep knowledge of finance and insurance products, and the ability to clearly communicate value to every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Finalize and contract new business deals

• Generate finance income from all sold customers

• Verify paperwork for cash, finance, or loan transactions

• Ensure collection of funds at the time of closing

• Obtain lender approvals for finance and lease deals

• Maintain proficiency in leasing and related finance tools

• Secure financing and approvals from lenders

• Stay current on lender programs, rates, and options

• Offer extended warranties and aftermarket products

• Manage cancellations for warranties and protection products

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in an F&I Manager role

• Strong closing skills with a customer-first mindset

• Excellent communication and product presentation skills

• Deep understanding of automotive finance and insurance products

• High level of professionalism and integrity
