We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for working on Pega Customer Service and Pega Customer Decisioning Hub projects. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as a practicing SSA for multiple accounts and a total of 5 years of Pega experience. A Pega SSA certification is also required. Additionally, the candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills and at least 1 year of work experience in international markets such as Australia, Europe, or the US. DevOps and Agile experience is also a must. It would be beneficial for the candidate to have working knowledge on Pega Robotics, API standards, enterprise security protocols, performance monitoring and improvement. Other desirable skills include experience with PEGA upgrades, application migration, and DB migration, as well as a good knowledge of all rule types such as UI, Flows, Flow Actions, Harness, Integration, Agents, and Activities. The candidate should also have experience using debugging tools like Tracer, Clipboard, SMA, and Live UI. A good understanding of rules management and associated tools, such as export and import tools, skimming, and bulk processing tools, is also important. Knowledge of SQL using Oracle is a plus. The Senior Consultant will actively collaborate with other teams to solve cross-functional challenges and participate in the requirements, design, and construction phases to lead to success. This position requires a total of 7 years of work experience.
