General information
Operating Area : Automotive Aftermarket IAM two wheeler.
The position will be based at Chennai / Delhi Office.
Though the head office and appointment will be done through Pune.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Starting the business of two wheeler independent aftermarket and establishing the same.
- Responsible for the go to market activities.
- Get to know the Competitor Pricing, market dynamics & suggest the right price, right market requirement.
- Responsible for the customer appointments and interaction.
- Raising new customer request, ensuring right documentation.
- Developing the sales and service network and related activities, liasoning with the customers and being the first point of contact.
- Market data understanding and benchmarking with competition.
- Liasoning with all the stake holder to ensure the availability of products/facilitating sales, by support in planning to SCM team.
- Support benchmarking as well as product field testing of upcoming.
- Studying the product mix and sales mix, thereby analysing the trends.
- Ensuring the secondary sales generation, thereby reach out to various sales points as per bike points / Service centers.
- Carrying out the promotional activities such as van campaigns, retailers meet etc.
- Understanding of the potential products / market requirement and get the product information.
- Implementing the schemes devised by Head Office and get them to the right audience.
- Adhere to the guidelines of the company and ensuring uniform distribution of sales.
- Controlling the receivables, follow the marketing policy.
- Appointment of field staff (MSRs) and ensure the distribution of areas and work as per the potential of the market.
- Ensuring the feedback from the market is well reived about the product, pricing and the competition activities.
Your Qualifications
Engineering Degree or Graduate in any stream
MBA preferably in sales
1-3yrs working experience in two wheeler products sale.
