Position: Warranty Coordinator (BrandFX)

Position reports to: Director of North American Customer Service

Location: Westlake, TX (on-site, this is not remote)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, overtime may be required, some travel may be required

Pay: $28.00 per hour, full-time

Job Summary:

The BrandFX Warranty Coordinator role is responsible for ensuring world-class customer service and support for all North American customers, potential customers, vendors, dealers, partners, team members and anyone else contacting Time Manufacturing Company. The Warranty Coordinator is responsible for managing the overall health of the warranty department through documenting and then reporting issues, managing processes and documents, elevating customer service, and actively collaborating with the operations and commercial teams to resolve the customers’ issues and/or complaints. This role is challenging within a fast-paced environment and will require strong emphasis on communication skills. The position will have additional responsibilities as listed below.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for all BrandFX warranty inquiries.
  • Investigate, process, and resolve warranty claims with a customer-first mindset.
  • Maintain constant, professional communication with dealers and fleet customers.
  • Coordinate solutions with internal teams (Quality, Operations, Parts, etc.). 
  • Manage warranty trip planning, documentation, and reporting. 
  • Support other customer service functions including training coordination, parts backup, and the Time Manufacturing Command Center. 
  • Track training expenses, maintain records, and assist with scheduling.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook). 
  • Previous experience in warranty, service coordination, or customer support preferred.
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. 
  • Professional demeanor and a “customer-first” approach to problem resolution. 
  • Comfortable making decisions and escalating issues when necessary.
