The Role:
Are you ready to drive strategic growth in a high-energy sales role at Fokker Services Group?
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead customer acquisition and revenue growth across the assigned region in the Americas. You are instrumental in identifying opportunities, building relationships and closing deals that expand our market share in the assigned region in the Aerospace MRO sector.
Working within our Marketing & Sales department you’ll be building customer relations, managing accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue targets within your region and implement strategies to expand FSG’s market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage proposals, negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships within your region.
- In charge of account management and customer journey (from onboarding and account kick-off to growing the account).
- Schedule regular performance reviews in collaboration with the Program Managers.
- Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction, resulting in positive customer testimonials and efficiently handled customer complaints.
- Credit management in collaboration with the credit control team.
- Travel frequently to meet existing and potential customers in your region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or related field
- Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
- Proven aerospace industry experience with an existing customer network in the region.
- At least 5 years in technical sales, with expertise in Aerospace MRO products and services.
- Strong commercial acumen, entrepreneurial drive, and ability to work independently with remote support.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and analytic skills, along with project management capabilities.
- Cultural awareness and adaptability across a diverse set of customer profiles.
