POSITION SUMMARY |
This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth in coupling agent and compatibilizer sales for plastic compounding and related applications. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with compounders, OEMs, recyclers, and other plastics processors, while staying attuned to customer needs and identifying opportunities to expand business with new and existing accounts. Working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams, the position develops innovative product strategies to increase market presence in automotive, packaging, industrial compounding, and other sectors, while providing thought leadership on emerging trends in technology, sustainability, and recycling. |
