We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Director

Responsibilities:
  • Provides program leadership to execute the platform vision
  • Supports resource planning, release planning, and provides guidance to project build teams
  • Responsible for timely project completion, issue identification/resolution, and customer delivery
  • Ensures clients clearly understand the status of project throughout all phases, including completed tasks, pending deliverables, and outstanding items
  • Creation and implementation of the growth strategy and business plan
  • Being responsible for delivery, thought leadership, oversight of financial performance and risk management of the program of infrastructure projects
  • Lead on the execution and further development of the shared vision and mission for the organization
  • Coordinates internal and external resources to ensure client and company objectives are met
  • Performs daily progress tracking including resource management, inventory allocation/tracking, and workflow supervision of multiple projects
  • Able to support to acquire new customers
  • Needs to expand the customer base that fosters profits
  • Ensures creating and delivering value to customers
  • Identify opportunities for improvements, expansion of services that meet the changing needs of the enterprise.
  • Implement structured architecture, security and engineering disciplines that result in greater alignment to business strategic objectives
  • Managing and maintaining the company pipeline with regard to ServiceNow, including modelling future income streams and cash flow
  • Contract negotiations including providing advice and exercising contractual law when required
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders and external providers to develop and agree project scope, budgets, timelines and deliverables
  • Work with project managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans
  • Analyze current operational processes and recommend improvements.
  • Managing ServiceNow transformation and Operations Programs
Requirements:
  • Experience in ServiceNow (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, CMDB) modules implementation and ready to pick up new workflows / modules like OMT, TNI etc.
  • Understanding of the project delivery lifecycle and processes
  • Practical experience in creation or modification of the relevant CSM, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM, toolset components
  • Experience in participating in pre-sales activities and coming up with both engineering and commercials solutions for RFPs, RFIs and other proactive pitches
  • Experience in working closely with ServiceNow organization in a consultative way on new solutions, enhancements to existing ones etc.
  • Experience working in Telecom and network domain
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with all levels of staff
  • Consultative and analytical approach
  • Real world exposure to cloud technologies and S-a-a-S
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Delivery leader or similar role
  • Experience in project management and client relationship management
  • Experience in identifying and converting opportunities to potential business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong ability to collaborate with vendors and architects to strategize new technology integration process.
  • Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and performance analysis on ServiceNow implementation.
  • Experience in creating end-to-end project plan and contingency plan for the entire portfolio
  • Experience in managing financial & operational metrics of the project/portfolio
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise project/portfolio status tracking and reporting
  • Experience driving project pitches for the entire portfolio
  • Ability to uphold Prodapt’s winning values and work in a way that contributes to the company’s vision
