Redwood Credit Union is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager of Enterprise Fraud to lead daily operations, support fraud prevention efforts, and deliver exceptional service to our Members. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with deep fraud and dispute expertise, strong analytical skills, and a passion for protecting people and assets.
Key Responsibilities
Department Leadership:
o Recommend process improvements and track performance
o Deliver monthly reports and service audits
o Ensure fraud tools (Verafin, BioCatch, Socure, Falcon) meet compliance standards
o Lead training, coaching, and career development for fraud team
o Resolve member issues and manage escalated fraud cases
o Act as backup to the Enterprise Fraud Manager
o Provide weekend/holiday on-call support
Operations Support:
o Lead special projects and cross-training initiatives
o Support manager with member escalations
o Assist with team training and coverage
Leadership & Teamwork:
o Promote open communication across departments
o Share updates and procedural changes
o Travel for fraud training and community events

Minimum Qualification: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The ideal candidate has a combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of six years of experience in fraud and disputes.
Compensation: Base starting range: $97,864 to $128,941 annually commensurate with experience.
Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity. Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist, reach overhead and turn.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard and calculator.
• Work environment is indoors; majority of the time is spent sitting at a desk.
