Bring your skills and experience as an Associate Contracts Administrator who will assist in proposal preparations and contract admin tasks including customer correspondence, coordination with internal functional POCs, and contract reporting; supports contract negotiations and review of contract documents; supports contract closeout. What you’ll be doing as an Associate Contracts Administrator:
- Assist in processing basic Requests for Information, Requests for Proposal, and/or Requests for Solicitation
- Assist in preparing and processing basic Estimate Requests as well as assist in basic proposal preparation
- Support basic negotiations, ensuring customer needs are satisfied while meeting Bell business and financial objectives
- Review terms and conditions of contractual/requirement documents
- Assist in basic contract administration from contract award to contract closeout, which may include: notification of contract award, coordination of requirements, contract notifications to customer, identification and resolution of changes, monitor funding and expenditures, facilitation of invoicing, coordination of all import/export licenses and authorizations, documentation of delivery/completion to the customer, and contract closeout
- Assess, maintain, and utilize Bell information management systems for reports/metrics, correspondence, files, presentations,, analyses, and contract administration
- Support special assignments and projects within Contracts
- Support personnel in multiple functions, Integrated Program Teams, and Centers of Excellence and at a variety of levels to ensure effective and efficient compliance with contractual and customer requirements
- Demonstrate good customer relationship management skills and be the primary liaison between external customer and Bell for contractual matters
Skills You Bring To this Role:
- USG Contracts contracts familiarity is preferred
- Prefer familiarity with FAR/DFARS and USG acquisition process
What you need to be successful:
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Major in Business Administration or other related field is preferred
- 0-2 years related experience is preferred
