What You Will Be Doing
As a General Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, lawn maintenance, and plumbing activities. You will also operate gardening and grounds care equipment as required and perform operator maintenance on all equipment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Escort approved visitors throughout the facility
• Perform general maintenance of buildings and equipment
• Operate gardening and grounds care equipment as required
• Perform operator maintenance on all equipment used in the follow through of duties
• Assist with equipment turn-in and hand receipt maintenance, as required
• Work flexible hours as required by the customer, including weekends and holidays
• Work overtime as required

This position supports our Special Operations Forces – Global Logistics Support Services contract, which is the U.S. Special Operations Command's (USSOCOM) largest service contract vehicle providing a wide range of tailored logistics, maintenance, and sustainment services.
Further Information About This Opportunity:
This position is in Fort Bragg, NC.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access and is in direct support of a U.S. government contract that requires a company-sponsored clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications
Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions up to 75% of the workday.
Must be able to climb ladders potentially as high as a two-story building.
Be available to work flexible hours as required by the customer including weekends and holidays.
Be available to work overtime as required.
Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance, and must have an Interim Secret clearance prior to start so therefore all candidates must be a US Citizen.
