Job Description:
  • User lifecycle management
    • Set up and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices for new employees
    • Decommission and securely wipe IT assets during off-boarding
    • Coordinate access rights, group memberships, and software provisioning
  • IT Inventory & Asset Management
    • Maintain accurate records of hardware and software assets
    • Track equipment lifecycles and ensure timely replacements
  • Application Deployment
    • Support software rollouts and version upgrades
  • Hardware Support
    • Replace and upgrade desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals
    • Diagnose and resolve hardware issues on-site
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting
    • Provide hands-on support for IT incidents and service requests
    • Assist users with connectivity, printing, and authentication issues
    • Escalate complex problems to second-level support when necessary
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • 2+ years of field service or desktop support experience, preferably within financial services;
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management tools;
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, identity management systems, and internal access portals;
  • Proven ability to support mobile devices and peripherals (printers, scanners);
  • Experience with enterprise video-conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams);
  • Very good communication skills, adapting style for technical and non-technical audiences; 
  • Customer-centric mindset, demonstrating patience, and a solution-oriented attitude;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
  • Calm under pressure, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting;
  • Fluent French & English.
