• Full-time Professor at Humber or eligible for appointment as such.
• Licensed Funeral Director Class 1 (FD1) in Ontario, in good standing.
• Minimum of two (2) years of full-time teaching experience in postsecondary education.

Experience and Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of the funeral services sector, including its professional standards, governance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated leadership in curriculum development, academic coordination, and program quality assurance.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to guide faculty teams and build positive relationships across stakeholders.
• Proven ability to support diverse student populations, with a commitment to equity, inclusion, and respectful pedagogy.
• Superior organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance priorities across multiple academic programs.
• Capacity to represent the program and faculty with professionalism, integrity, and a forward-looking vision for the future of Funeral Services Education.
