• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages in line with Ralph’s Coffee standards.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, including equipment, workstations, and seating areas.

• Operate the till, handle transactions accurately, and assist with stock management.

• Follow health, safety, and food hygiene guidelines.

• Support team members and contribute to a positive, professional working environment.

• Previous experience as a barista or in a café/food & beverage role (luxury or premium environment preferred).

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner.

• Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and equipment.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak trading periods.
