You'll be a master of the warehouse, handling everything from inbound and outbound shipments to making sure our inventory is on point. You'll be the go-to person for all things maintenance, tackling everything from routine repairs to coordinating with outside vendors for bigger projects. The role is a dynamic mix of logistics, problem-solving, and collaboration. You'll work closely with our taproom, café, and production teams, anticipating their needs and making sure they have what they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse and Logistics Management:
- Oversee all inbound and outbound shipments, including picking, packing, and loading orders for delivery.
- Execute inventory management to ensure product freshness and accuracy.
- Maintain a pristine and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Safely operate a forklift (certification required or to be obtained within 60 days).
- Manage and coordinate ad-hoc delivery requests and company vehicle upkeep.
- Facilities and Maintenance:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all facility maintenance and repair needs across our diverse spaces.
- Proactively identify and address potential safety hazards throughout the property and in all facilities.
- Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for facility inspections and routine maintenance.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Research, vet, and secure quotes from external vendors for major repairs and projects.
- Ensure the overall security of all facilities and equipment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a collaborative partner to the taproom, café, and production teams, anticipating and fulfilling their needs related to warehousing and facilities.
- Perform supply and product deliveries to locations as necessary.
- Work closely with the Office Manager to manage and track all facility-related expenses and vendor invoices.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a comparable role.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience using computers/technology to prepare documents and track information. Proficiency in inventory management or data reporting software is preferred.
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of warehouse and facility safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) preferred.
- Physical requirements::
- The ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs. frequently, and occasionally up to 160 lbs. with assistance.
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods, often on concrete or uneven surfaces, to perform tasks in the warehouse, brewhouse, cafe, and other areas of the facility.
- The ability to climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach overhead to perform maintenance, access inventory, and clean.
- The ability to use hands and fingers to handle tools, operate equipment (including a forklift), and manipulate small objects.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- The ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures, and around noise, dust, and fumes. Must be able to work in confined spaces when necessary.
- The ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle.
