Primary Responsibilities
Investor Relations & Fundraising Support:
- Support existing and prospective investor relationships through initial and ongoing due diligence efforts and a focus on enhancing client engagement.
- Manage the fundraising process for new real estate private equity vehicles, including funds, separate accounts and co-investments, from pre-marketing to closing.
- Lead the preparation of marketing pitchbooks, Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), and other investor communications.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the content and strategic direction of fund/venture materials, tailored to specific investor needs.
Due Diligence & Investor Engagement:
- Completion of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and ad-hoc investor requests.
- Manage investor queries during the due diligence process, providing timely, well-researched, and comprehensive responses.
- Coordinate and facilitate investor meetings, presentations, and
Strategic Market & Product Development:
- Conduct real estate market research, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks that could impact investor decision-making and new product offerings.
- Analyze investor feedback and fundraising trends to assist in the development and refinement of new product offerings, ensuring they meet the needs of current and prospective investors.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Act as a senior resource for junior team members, providing mentorship, training, and
- Work closely with Legal, Fund Management, and Compliance to ensure smooth execution of product launches, fund closings and other investor-related initiatives.
CRM & Reporting:
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track investor outreach, opportunities, and communications, ensuring timely follow-up and seamless relationship management.

Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field; 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Demonstrated experience in real estate/private equity investments, including direct knowledge of market dynamics, investment structures, and trends.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data, financial models, and investment performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights for investors and internal teams.
