We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Specialist to lead the strategic planning and execution of both internal and external marketing initiatives across our offices. This individual will serve as a vital liaison between our clinic directors, ownership, and our external marketing partners (SALT Marketing, Desert Mountain Broadcasting), ensuring consistent branding, effective communication, and measurable marketing results.

Responsibilities:
• Marketing Coordination:
Collaborate regularly with SALT Marketing, clinic directors, and the ownership team to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives, branding, and special promotions.
• Event Management:
Organize and execute large-scale events such as the Home Show, Bridal Show, and community outreach efforts. Handle all logistics and marketing material preparation.
• Internal Communication & Promotion:
Communicate active promotions clearly and timely to front desk and clinic teams. Help drive engagement with in-office campaigns, specials, and educational events.
• Brand Visibility & Community Presence:
Maintain a consistent and positive public image. Manage updates to the large outdoor reader board and coordinate efforts that enhance our brand visibility within the community.
• Voting & Awards Promotion:
Track and actively promote opportunities such as the "Billings Gazette Best of Billings" competition, encouraging community participation and recognition.
• Team Engagement:
Plan and facilitate staff activities such as holiday parties, team-building challenges, and internal campaigns. Be the go-to for creative ideas and "fun factor" enhancements
(branded gadgets and patient giveaways).
• Metrics & Reporting:
Track marketing performance and ROI. Present regular updates to the ownership team with clear data, cost estimates, and recommendations for improvement or innovation.
• Ownership Meetings:
Attend and present at ownership meetings on a regular basis, providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring accountability.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in marketing, event coordination, or office leadership (healthcare or dental field a plus)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (social media, basic design, email campaigns)
• Ability to analyze metrics and make data-informed decisions
• Creative mindset with a knack for problem-solving
• Comfortable presenting in meetings and being held accountable for project outcomes
• Self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
