Quest Academy offers students in Alameda County a dynamic alternative to traditional classroom instruction through a standards-based daily and independent study program. Grounded in a collaborative agreement between the school community, administration, teacher, student, and parent/guardian, this instructional model supports personalized learning and flexibility. This position embraces a blended approach, combining independent study with cross-classroom teaching. We value innovation, teacher voice, and a collaborative school culture. 25-26 School Year $79,817.75 - $152,022.50 Placement on the Teacher's Salary Schedule per Credential Teaching Experience. Credit for a maximum of 12 years teaching experience accepted. Benefits for medical if selected $600.00 per month.
