Job Location - Fort Mills SC (Day One Onsite - Hybrid)
Job Summary
- As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading Agile teams through the Scrum process, ensuring adherence to Agile principles, and driving continuous improvement.
- You will facilitate key ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a collaborative team environment to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Agile Facilitation & Coaching
- Lead Agile ceremonies: Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Project & Delivery Management
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
- Create and manage project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Oversee end-to-end delivery ensuring quality and timeliness
- Coordinate successful migration of code through the SDLC
- Team Collaboration & Communication
- Foster a culture of collaboration, self-organization, and continuous improvement
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration across cross-functional teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for external communications (e.g., customers, stakeholders)
- Work with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize new requests
- Impediment & Conflict Resolution
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress
- Resolve conflicts and promote a productive work environment
- Monitoring & Reporting
- Tasks to be Performed:
- All tasks to be tracked in JIRA
- Create and maintain dashboards for project tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
- Conduct sprint demos and retrospectives
- Assist with release planning and execution
- Ensure clear understanding of requirements by the team
Good to Have
- Proficiency in client technologies to manage and deliver projects effectively
- Advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices
Must Have Skills
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Experience
- 10-15 years in Agile development environments
- Minimum 5 years as a dedicated Scrum Master
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Master's degree is a plus
Certifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) - Required
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or PMI-ACP - Preferred
Technical Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to motivate and inspire teams
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, SAFe)
