The Hampton Inn & Suites - Plattsburgh, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Room Inspector/Inspectress.


As a Room Inspector/Inspectress, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and meet our high standards of quality. You will work closely with our housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are inspected thoroughly and any issues are addressed promptly. 


Responsibilities:

- Inspect guest rooms to ensure they are clean, comfortable, and meet our high standards of quality

- Check for any maintenance issues or damage and report them to the appropriate department

- Ensure that all amenities are stocked and in good condition

- Work closely with housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are inspected thoroughly and any issues are addressed promptly

- Maintain accurate records of room inspections and report any trends or issues to management

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally

Requirements

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues or areas for improvement

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
