Salary $57,300- $70,500 depending on experience
Remote Position
Up to 25% travel to our headquarters in Lafayette Hill, PA expected.
Position details:
The Enterprise Applications Configuration Analyst is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise applications to align with business processes and operational needs. This role ensures that applications are properly customized, integrated, and secure, enabling seamless workflows and system efficiency. The analyst collaborates closely with IT teams, business units, and end-users to identify system requirements, configure solutions, and support application enhancements. By ensuring applications are optimized and aligned with business goals, this role plays a key part in driving operational efficiency and digital transformation efforts. The Enterprise Applications Configuration Analyst will:
• Analyze, design, and implement system configurations to align with organizational needs and business objectives.
• Maintain and optimize system settings, user permissions, and security protocols to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Develop and execute test cases, troubleshoot configuration issues, and implement enhancements to improve performance.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support software updates, patches, and integrations.
• Provide training and technical support to end users, ensuring seamless adoption of enterprise applications.
• Document system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures for future reference and compliance audits.
• Continuously monitor application performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend process optimizations.
