ITnova is seeking a Microsoft Engineer to design, deploy, and support Microsoft-based infrastructure and solutions.
Duties:
- Design and implement Microsoft server and cloud environments.
- Manage Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Implement security and compliance controls in Microsoft environments.
- Monitor system performance and apply patches/updates.
- Provide technical support for Microsoft-related issues.
- Document configurations, policies, and procedures.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert.
General Experience: Seven (7) years in IT systems administration.
Specialized Experience:
- Five (5) years managing Microsoft enterprise solutions.
- Experience with Azure cloud deployments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft security and compliance.
