Maintains hospital grounds and property to include all outlying clinics.Able to paint, tape, texture, repair small jobs, cement work. Must be able to repair minor electrical and mechanical situations.
- Ability to operate all equipment efficiently to perform all maintenance and grounds duties throughout Nor-Lea Hospital District Locations.
- Ability to perform minor construction and repair projects.
- Monitors and updates work order system to assure all request are completed in timely manner.
- Maintains a safe, clean and organized work environment for all Nor-Lea Hospital District locations.
- Conducts routine safety inspections and documents per state and federal safety regulations.
