Hybrid Test Technician chez Axis

We’re looking for a Test Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for testing and certifying electronic products, identifying faults, and supporting continuous improvement. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, technical understanding, and teamwork are key.Key Responsibilities:Carry out functional tests on products in accordance with test instructions, using specified test equipment.Perform setting-up procedures for testing and understand the need for periodic recalibration of test equipment.Perform fault-finding and troubleshooting on products.Analyse results to meet the requirements of the quality management system.Operate flying probe, ATE and JTAG. Write or update procedures and contribute to process improvements.Maintain accurate records including debug logs, test databases, batch reports, and customer-specific paperwork.Adhere to all manufacturing and testing procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.Meet production test time targets while maintaining high standards of quality.Keep your work area clean and organised, following 5S standards.Person SpecificationExperience in electronics testing technician roleHNC in Electronics or Similar (Preferred) Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Ability to read and follow technical instructions and procedures.Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Good communication skills and basic English (spoken and written).Comfortable using computers for data entry and reporting.A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.Understanding of quality standards and manufacturing processes.At Axis we expect every employee to commit to our Teamship Rules:Caring: for each other, our customers, our suppliers and all other stakeholdersHardworking: with diligence, creativity, and by going the extra mileIntegrity: through honesty with oneself and with othersPositivity: a can-do attitudeSynergy: a united front as team Axis Postuler maintenant
