Here at Doncasters we specialise in turning metals into motion, we are looking for an experienced Finance Project Manager to help us continue our Journey. This role will be remote but with regular travel across the UK, Germany and US.

The Role

 

As a Finance Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership, oversight and control across the strategic project portfolio. Within this role you will be ensuring that financial decision making is embedded in project planning and execution, you will deliver accurate budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial risk analysis. You will be working within a global manufacturing environment, partnering closely with site General Manager and senior executives to ensure financial transparency, accountability and value delivery on capital investments!

If you have any of the below skills, we would love to talk to you about your next career move:

  • Previous experience within corporate finance role, background in projects and capital finance is desired.
  • Previously worked in a global manufacturing or industrial organisation
  • Understanding of project accounting, capital expenditure planning and investment appraisal methodologies.
  • Experience in financial modelling, including creating and modifying financial models using Excel and other modelling software.
  • Experience in presenting post investment reviews
  • Professional finance qualification (e.g., CPA, CIMA, ACCA) is required.
  • Project Management training or certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable but not essential.
