Hybrid ED-Observation Aide- Per Diem chez Sturdy Memorial Hospital

• Provides constant observation of patients who are in need of supervision because of:
 Possible danger to self and/or others.
 Change in mental status (confusion) that may place the patient at risk for injury and/or interferes with the effectiveness of medical/surgical equipment.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:

• Able to follow directions. 
• Demonstrates dependability, punctuality and flexibility.
• Successfully completes class on role and responsibilities.
• Command of verbal and written English
• Must visibly demonstrate commitment to customer service by providing timely, positive responses to the needs of all customers including patients, families, co-workers and staff.

Educational Requirements:

• High School Graduate or equivalent

License/Certification:   N/A
