Hybrid Racquet Maintenance chez The Boca Raton

Summary

The ideal candidate is a team player with strong clay court maintenance skills who will help provide a quality tennis experience for guest and members of The Boca Raton.

Essential Functions

Job duties include, although are not limited to:

• Brush and line all courts for play each day by 7:00 a.m.
• Maintain cleanliness of general tennis area
• Roll and resurface courts
• Replenish towels
• Refill water coolers on courts and tennis shop area
• Empty trash
• Clean courtside tables
• Pick up beverages from storeroom
• Assist with tournament and event preparation. 

Internal Relationships

Reports to Director/Manager of Tennis

External Relationships

Has regular contact with Club members and Resort guests; vendors

Qualifications and Education/Experience Requirements

• Knowledge of all facets of hydro-grid clay court maintenance and equipment.  
• At least two years’ experience at a clay court tennis facility.

Physical Requirements

Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs. It requires walking or standing to a significant degree, as well as reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing.
